Niki Lauda's McLaren MP4/1B at the Silverstone CLassic, 2022

This historically significant car was driven by Niki Lauda in 1982. The McLaren MP4 (Marlboro Project 4) was the first F1 car to be made of carbon composite. All previous cars were constructed of aluminium honeycomb.

The car is now driven by Mark Higson in the Frank Williams Memorial Trophy for Masters Racing Legends, and run by Nine W Racing.
